フロントのインド人女性スタッフの愛想悪すぎる。

駅からは近かったが、場所が分かりづらかった。近所にコンビニや飲食店があったのは便利だった。KLセントラル行きの無料シャトルバスの出発時間が分かりづらかった。詳しく確認していないので1本なのか数本有るのかも不明。フロントは英語は通じるのでありがたい。宿泊するだけという利用なら充分だと思う。

これまでの宿泊時では午前中にハウスキーピングが入退室を終えていた。 しかし今回は全て、昼過ぎになってから始まったため昼間を部屋でゆっくり休めなかった。

LRTチャンソウリン駅に繋がるエスカレーターが朝方は動いてない為、チェックアウトしてスーツケースを運ぶのに苦労する。
