Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island

It was our third stay at the hotel, beside well maintained resort facilities, landscapes, great food and service as usual. It was more special since our 20months old fur baby Beagle able to joined our stay in the villa. On arrival, the team surprised us by setting a bed, bowls, extra water for our fur baby and a jar of handmade cookies at the turndown service, what a thoughtful and personable touch. We appreciated your efforts, Mr.Tarek-Director of F.O, Ms.Hasna-Guest Relation, Chef Rajiv, Ms.Thiri-Boons restaurant and Movenpick Marjan Island Team for our amazing stay. We all were welcome and well look after. Thank you and we definitely be back.

Amazing stay all access for all outlets and activities are very close to each other also extremely professional in hospitality, me and my family enjoyed rooms are very clean thanks to Rajit, villas are amazing, my children enjoyed kids club Kimo taking very good care of them , thanks to Riza , Mubarak and all team they managed all necessary clean towels and beds also all what family needs on the beach and the pool , pool is heated and very clean safe , we enjoyed a lot brunch at Boons thanks to mustapha and the life band. Breakfast was really with so many varieties also thanks to Yousef, beach house we enjoyed the snacks and delicious salads and pizza thanks to Dimby, outstanding time spend me and my wife at Ula beach and overall was memorable trip and special thanks to Mr. Amr director of operations for all the experience was true pleasure to all our family and I highly recommend the stay with kids specially at villa side which we have privet pool and direct access to the beach , we will definitely inshalla come again .

Great vacation, good place. Quiet and peaceful. Delicious food and helpful staff. I really liked the room cleaning service, they clean quickly, efficiently, always change towels and carry out wet cleaning of the room. I called the reception, asked to clean the room, the housekeeping staff came very quickly, everything that was necessary was cleaned. Thank you so much for the service.

As residents of the UAE and Ras Al Khaimah, we often visit the Movenpick on Al Marjan Island for a fun filled family brunch and pool day. We have always found the service outstanding and enjoyed the quality of the food and drinks immensely. Today, Haroon and his colleagues have been attentive, proactive and have gone above and beyond our brunch expectations. Thank you for such a lovely afternoon.

We stayed for 10 days our room was amazing with a beautiful view of the pool and sea We booked all inc dine around which suited us perfect we loved the neo sky bar the staff up there are really great! We also loved boons lovely sports bar and the food was amazing! Yet again the staff were wonderfull infact all the staff were amazing! We loved the beach house for lunch great food with a good menu we thougt the market was also good brealfast everything you could possibly need they even had a honey station which was so lovely..we dont normally enjoy buffet food in the evening we prefure the a la cart but we did market buffet twice and we really enjoyed it and found it wss very well organised not hectic like some weve been to.. the main pool was very busy so we opted for the adult pool at ula this spot is so lovely but its not part of the all inc even on the dine around so we couldnt have a drink we had to pay which really dosnt make sense and to be honest its a shame because for this reason nobody really goes there so was very quiet a beutifull bar with no atmosphere Also its the same band everynight in boons they are a brilliant band! But you need a change as its the same songs As i said its a lovely hotel with fantastic staff just needs a few changes.
