Beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff. Rooms are big and clean. Food is amazing and atmosphere wonderful. Family and kids friendly. Will definitely return and i highly recommend it. Amazing and top notch experience.

This was a family stay. The location is great and the quality of service is fantastic. Halim, Younès were fantastic during our stay trying to cater to any of our needs. Unfortunately the upgrade proposed was not satisfactory despite their best efforts. The F& B département need to improve the quality of food wether it is for breakfast or diner. They cannot manage having the hotel fully booked and insured the best quality.

I have booked my stay with full board in hotel and I booked one extra lunch Because I was having extra time so I paid in respetion extra payment for it but when it’s come to lunch time I have been denied from having lunch even there was payment don in advance . It was very embracing situation at the end I lfit the hotel without lunch

I have still not received my deposit back that's my concern apart from that I had good experience. The rooms were spacious and all the amenities were provided with due course especially the housekeeping facilities.

The hotel should be 4 stars only, bad service and many issues during the stay starting from the arrival. No person was available to help with the luggage for a big family, air-condition not working in the room, continuous issue with the hot vs cold water in the bathroom in addition to the main power switch in the room that was damaged. low quality of food and having the beach separate from the hotel ( need to cross the main road) is not practical....
