Had an amazing stay at this hotel at the beginning of May! Hotel was fantastic, great location and really efficient staff, especially the concierge who helped organise some brilliant trips for us. Would definitely recommend! Only negative was having to pay for the spa, such as sauna/steam room, expected this to be included, but overall a great experience.

Hotel area and most of the rooms are nice looking and in relevantly good condition. Pool area is very nice - if you manage to get a sunbed. Breakfast is ok; there are thousands different things on the buffet, but practically all are missing taste. And because of omelette station, there is a constant smell of frying oil in the breakfast room. Gym was under the renovation - there was no information about this beforehand - and some of the equipments were placed outdoors. Specially afternoons were very hot and training wasn’t very pleasant in the heat. The reception is a total chaos and mismanaged. During our 1 week stay we stayed in 4 different rooms - thanks to reception. The highlight of their actions was our last whole day, when a housekeeping (that is excellent, special thanks to lovely Nawal) asked what time we are leaving. We didn’t know that we were leaving, but reception had decided to move us to another room for last night. There was only one pleasant person working in reception - big thanks to you, Hanane.

Above expectations. Absolutely great and professional welcome from Lahcen. The hotel is very well located, the lobby is impressive. 3 pools with 3 different atmospheres. Thanks again Lahcen.

I own a travel company and was there with some guests. The service was really quite bad though. Between being actively ignored at the pool side lounge, the concierge not willing to do much to help when asking for assistance and then laundry getting lost I was pretty unhappy with my experience there.

We were extremely pleased with our rooms. Excellent service and sleeping accommodations.
