J'ai été déçue car on m'a donné une chambre très éloignée du lobby . La peinture dans la chambre est à refaire. Il y 'avait du moisi dans le couloir et la connexion wifi était mauvaise. Ceci dit la navette aéroport et le chocolate hour sont les plus de l'établissement.

Saya menginap di Movenpick KLIA bersama keluarga pada saat transit dari China. Hotel yg nyaman, breakfast yg lengkap, shuttle bus yg oke, dan yang paling luarbiasa ketika ada barang saya tertinggal di kamar, staff Concierge yg bernama Azlan membantu saya dan membawakan barang saya ke Airport dengan cepat. Terimakasih Azlan, nice stay at Movenpick KLIA.

空港からホテルまで、タクシーで15分程度。想定より、やや遠い印象でした。タクシーの費用はドライバーにより異なり、35、52、60リンギットでした。 ホテルに、空港からホテルへのシャトルバスを予約していたが、シャトルバスが来なかった。このため、タクシーでホテルまで移動した。ホテルのフロントのスタッフに、シャトルバスが来なかったと言ったが、謝罪の言葉は無し。総じて、ホテルのフロントのスタッフから気持ちいいサービスはない。本当に５つ星のホテルなのか？と思った。 ホテルの部屋は普通によい。部屋は五つ星ではなく、四つ星程度と感じました。

Definirlo un 5 stelle mi pare eccessivo. Partiamo dal check in, asettico e freddo come la stanza, settata a 15 gradi ( mai visto ). Il letto era comodo, gli asciugamani sfilacciati andrebbero cambiati. Frigorifero vuoto. Gli spazi comuni , benche' inseriti in un architettura notevole rimangono spogli , trascurati, lasciando nell'ospite un senso di luogo triste. La ristorazione forse la cose peggiore. Alle 20 trovate 1 ristorante che offre self service a buffet, tipo mensa aziendale, con sedie sporche e tavoli che rimangono coi vostri piatti sporchi senza che nessuno passi ( al 5 stelle ). Ampia la scelta ma la qualita' non mi e' parsa di livello. Il menu a la carta lo scoraggiano, per la lunga attesa ( con ristorante semi vuoto ). Solo acqua o succhi a pagamento. Non c'e' alcol in quanto l'hotel e' muslim- friendly. La colazione vergognosa. Chiesto breckfast anticipato alle 6 x volo ( la mensa buffet apre alle 630 ). Il menu continentale prevedeva dolce e salato con frutta. E' arrivata una scatoletta con bioche surgelate e 1 melina verde col caffe'. Una presa in giro. Riassumendo l'hotel mi e' parso un dormitorio per viaggiatori in transito dall'areoporto. Dove abbiano preso le 5 stelle e' un mistero. Allo stesso prezzo dormite in veri 5 stelle in centro.

Arrivato con volo serale 9.30 pm fatto celermente check in e cenato in hotel a buffet aperto fino alle 10.30 pm. Consegnata colazione alle 5.00 am in camera apre alle 6.30 am . Ottimo hotel letti comodi . Perfetto per chi arriva da un lungo volo e riparte . A 10 minuti dal terminal 1 e 2 più comodo che dormire negli hotel siti all’ interno dell’aeroporto.
