LA TERAZZA Restaurant We’ve been staying in this place for two months on a business trip and especially the restaurant gave us a lot of warm moments in the evening. Traditional food, drinks, Shisha and the personal are really great! Even on cold egyptian evenings in January you always get a heater. Tharwat and his team do a great job! Laila and Habiba are the best! Reddah served us great shisha and was very attentive. Thanks to the whole team!

I booked room 15004 and the experience was very bad in terms of cleanliness, bathroom, insects and a bad smell. I did not expect the Mövenpick brand to be this filthy and ill-treated, reception and hospitality Absolutely bad hotel, failed management, very bad restaurant manager, zero cleanliness, food is not safe. Unfriendly staff. Hotel does not deserve five stars. Managers are not trained to deal with customers, such as emad and Ahmed in the main restaurant And Khairy in an Italian restaurant The day before yesterday, I was charged 2 breakfast without a check, and when I asked about the check, he said the cashier machine was broken. I paid $28 and they did not agree. I calculate a visa. The bar staff asks for a change without embarrassment. The Italian restaurant has food in it, and I ask the manager. He responds spontaneously. We are sitting at the pool. I will not recommend it

The food was excellent! The hummus was the best we ever had, and the Syrian selections on the menu were wonderful. The staff were attentive, live music was wonderful. It was a great dinner for our final night visiting Egypt. Highly recommend.
