ห้องน้ำเล็ก พื้นที้บริเวณชักโครกแคบ ติดประตูและกำแพงมากไป ทำให้ใช้งานไม่สะดวก พื้นห้องน้ำระบายน้ำได้ไม่ดี ทำให้มีน้ำขังตลอดการพัก มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ลอยเข้ามาผ่านทางท่อแอร์ น่าจะมาจากห้องพักอื่นใกล้ๆ แสบจมูกและคอมาก โชคดีที่เป็นวันเช็คเอ้าท์พอดี พนักงานดี โดยเฉพาะในห้องอาหาร แต่พนักงานเปิดประตูด้านหน้าโรงแรมเมื่อคืนวันศุกร์ที่19มิ.ย มีการเลือกปฏิบัติในการเปิดประตู โดยที่เปิดประตูให้แขกชาวต่างชาติเข้าโรงแรม แต่เมื่อดิฉันกับสามีเดินกำลังจะเข้าโรงแรม กลับไม่เปิดประตูให้ แต่กลับเดินสวนออกไปที่ถนน โดยที่ไม่ได้มีภารกิจอะไร ดิฉันมองตามและเห็นว่ายืนเฉยๆแล้วก้เดินกลับมา โดยที่ปล่อยให้สามีดิฉันเปิดประตูเข้าไปในโรงแรมเองแล้ว พนักงานคนนี้ทำให้ดิฉัน เสียความรู้สึกมาก จนไม่คิดว่าจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีก
