ห้องพักดีแต่มียุงบ้าง เตียงเดี่ยวไม่ค่อยมี หนเาต่างชมวิวโดนบดบังด้วยอาคาร ระยะที่จอดรถกับอาคารเชคอินค่อนข้างห่างกัน

ประทับใจการบริการที่เหนือความคาดหมายของ Mövenpick Suriwongse Chiang Mai มากครับ แม้ตอนแรกจะกังวลเรื่องความเก่าของสถานที่ แต่พอไปถึงจริงกลับไม่รู้สึกถึงความเก่าเลย ตัวโรงแรมดูแลรักษาได้ดีมาก จุดเด่นที่สุดของที่นี่คือ 'ความใส่ใจของพนักงานทุกคน' ผมกังวลเรื่องที่จอดรถ แต่พนักงานก็ช่วยจัดการล็อคที่จอดหน้าโรงแรมและเขียนป้ายทะเบียนตั้งไว้ให้เรียบร้อย นอกจากนี้ยังดูแลสิทธิประโยชน์ของ Accor Platinum ได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม ทั้งการแนะนำให้ใช้ Welcome Drink, บริการ Chocolate Hour และยังได้รับการอัปเกรดเป็นห้อง Suite อีกด้วย ถึงแม้จะไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปบรรยากาศเก็บไว้ แต่ขอใช้พื้นที่ตรงนี้ขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคนที่ทำให้การพักผ่อน 2 คืนในเชียงใหม่ของผมเป็นความทรงจำที่ดีมาก เป็นอีกหนึ่งโรงแรมที่บอกได้เต็มปากว่า จะกลับมาพักซ้ำแน่นอนครับ"

ทำเล อยู่ในย่านชาวต่างชาติ ทำให้ของกินของใช้ไม่มีขาด ซึ่งถือว่าดีมาก บริการอาหารเช้า ถือว่าดีมาก มีอาหารที่หลากหลาย แต่ละวันมีไม่ซ้ำกัน รสชาติก็ดี พนักงานก็ให้บริการดีมากตั้งแต่เข้ายันออก ขอชมจากใจ ห้องพัก น้ำร้อนน้ำเย็นในการอาบน้ำเหมือนจะเอาแน่เอานอนไม่ค่อยได้ งงกับการจัดเตียงเพราะแต่ละวันหมอนวางไม่เหมือนกัน แต่ผ้าปูทุกอย่างสะอาดดี ทีวีมีรายการน้อย รีโมทก็เหมือนจะเสีย แต่เน็ทแรงเลยเล่นเน็ทแทนดูทีวี ช่องเสียบบัตรเพื่อเปิดปิดไฟเหมือนจะมีปัญหา ต้องใช้อย่างอื่นเสียบแทน ชอบตรงที่มีคอนโซลคุมไฟในห้องจากจุดเดียว ตั้งเวลาปลุกได้ แถมสามารถระบุได้ด้วยว่าจะให้จัดห้องหรืออย่ารบกวนโดยไม่ต้องมีกระดาษแขวนหน้าห้อง
