I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We would like to clarify that your original reservation was for a Superior Room, and you were upgraded during your stay to a Junior Suite. We regret if this was not clearly communicated and apologize for any misunderstanding. Please also accept our sincere apologies for the delay experienced during check-out.
