Our Premium King rooms are designed with king-size beds, and we regret any oversight in addressing your concern during your visit. Regarding the shuttle service, we operate complimentary transfers between 04:00–12:00 and 16:00–23:30, and we will reinforce clearer communication of these schedules. Our housekeeping team follows rigorous daily protocols, and we will review your observations to ensure our standards are consistently upheld. Poor Breakfast service and housekeeping. Not expected such service in a Movenpick hotel. Lady server and chef in live.
