Excellent location , just 50 steps from the tram stop. Very good indian food options nearby. The staff is extremely helpful and provides all guidance asked for. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the breakfast was also well laid. Very near to the Zurich airport

We made a late check in and tired after a long trip, but we were unlucky to face the unfriendly reception, not even a smile. Made us feel like we are in the era of USSR. Perhaps the hotel is total under construction, so everything is just temporary as well as the worker.

Novotel global management should shut the hotel down during renovation.

Hotel is going through a major renovation and should be shut down during this period. You aren’t informed of this renovation works during booking, common areas are very dirty/messy, and you are given either recently renovated rooms with heavy paint smell or go with old rooms with mold or cigarette odor.

Very convenient hotel clean and practical hotel. Comfortable rooms, easy check-in and check-out. Peaceful rooms, perfect sleep. Effective and friendly staff. The only downside might be that the shuttle isnt available anymore. However, there is a tramway station at 50m in front of the hotel direction airport in less than 10 minutes

Stayed for two nights. Located just opposite tram station from airport to city centre.Rooms were spacious and clean. All the amenities were provided for.It is a little dated property and renovation is going on. Buffet spread was adequate.
