Hôtel propre et bien situé. Par contre, le bruit de la climatisation est une horreur, le service est au-dessous de la moyenne, et la prise en compte de la carte platinium est à la tête du client (ou du sexe masculin ou féminin). Dommage !

Comparé avec le Novotel de Jeddah où nous avons passé 4 nuits,il y a plusieurs choses à revoir bien que le Mercure soit plus design. Il est inacceptable qu'il n'y ait pas de chaînes d'infos en anglais . Manque de place pour mettre les valises dans la chambre et idem.pour les trousses de toilette dans la salle d'eau.Plutôt que 2 fauteuils,un pouf et une petite table,un emplacement pour mettre les valises serait plus utile. Penderie petite. Réception souvent vide..Mis à part le petit déjeuner, la restauration est vraiment très moyenne .

Chambre confortable mais toutes les interactions avec la reception ont été mauvaises. Le service de nettoyage des vêtements n’est pas gère correctement
