La chambre était très sombre avec obligation d'allumer la lumière tout le temps même en plein jour. Les travaux sur l'immeubles à côté 24h/24 ne facilite pas le repos nocturne. La salle de fitness, un bien grand mot. Installée à l'étage du personnel (ce qui pour ma part n'etait pas une gène) elle est toute petite avec uniquement 3 appareils dont un en mauvais état, pas de point d'eau ni de serviette à disposition et deux misérable altères. Une parodie.

De passage à Riyadh nous avons choisi l’ibis pour dormir une nuit .. nous avons eu deux serviettes une seule brosse à dent … j’ai eu besoin de passer un coup de fil à Mekka impossible à faire personne n’a su me dépanner et le réceptionniste lors du check out était désagréable

A notre arrivée (9h) nous avons pris immédiatement la chambre pour nous reposer de notre voyage nocturne. Le sommeil a été difficile avec le bruit incessant des travaux qui se trouvaient du côté de notre chambre. Nous pensions que c'était uniquement des travaux diurnes. Or quand nous sommes rentrés à 3h du matin, le vacarme était toujours aussi présent. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre de l'autre côté, rien n'était libre. Finalement, le lendemain, nous avons changé de chambre, une chambre située en face mais... au dessus des moteurs de climatisation. C'était toujours mieux que le bruit des travaux. La chambre est minimaliste, le matelas de faible qualité. J'ai connu mieux et je m'attendais à mieux vu la localisation et le groupe auquel appartient l'hôtel. C'était à peine mieux qu'un Formule 1.

Lit inconfortable, eau jaunâtre, vue sur des travaux d'une tour adjacente, bruit de travaux toute la nuit, ce séjour à été horrible. Cerise sur le gâteau l'hôtesse a l'accueil qui m'envoi balader sur une simple demande de rectification de facture, heureusement son manager a rattrapé le coup. Pour moi en tt cas plus jamais !

Nous avons séjourné dans l'hôtel en novembre 24. Nous sommes des clients réguliers ACCOR avec statut silver et avons herité des 2 pires chambres de l'hôtel : au premier étage, à proximité immédiate de la machine d'aération de tout l'hôtel qui faisait un boucan d'enfer et face au mur de l'immeuble voisin. 2 mètres nous séparait de celui-ci. Nous avons été malade pendant notre séjour, or avec la bouche d'aération et la proximité du mur voisin, impossible d'aérer la chambre. Le personnel a été très gentil, particulièrement au restaurant, mais sommes très déçus des chambres attribuées.
