Dear Mr. Alessandro, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Ibis Riyadh Olaya Street. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. It was my pleasure talking to you during your stay and as explained before, The extra restaurant bills were for the (out of package) orders you placed for dinner. As an economy hotel, We only have standard room and that is why there was no chance for a room upgrade. However, We did our best to allocate two of the more spacious rooms that we have (612, 223) and the availability of these rooms are subject to the hotel availability. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer. Therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
