Les services soient pas eté professional. Personnes n’avait jamais reinsegnez sur les extras, des que chaque repas j’ai payé des extras incomprehensible. Je suis un client Platinum et je n’ai pas recu les services comme le late check-out, le welcome drink et personnes m’avait demandé rien sur le possible upgrade de la chambre.

Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. It was my pleasure talking to you during your stay and as explained before, The extra restaurant bills were for the (out of package) orders you placed for dinner. As an economy hotel, We only have standard room and that is why there was no chance for a room upgrade. However, We did our best to allocate two of the more spacious rooms that we have (612, 223) and the availability of these rooms are subject to the hotel availability. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer. Therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. les services de l'hotel sont très conformes à la norme Ibis. le personnel est à l'écoute mais le petit déjeuner manque d'imaginatioin ete de gout Evitez la chambre 118, placée à côté d'un groupe thermique et très bruyante : dommage ! The services of the hotel are very compliant with the Ibis standard. the staff is listening but the breakfast is common, with lack of imagination and taste Avoid room 118, placed next to a thermal group and very noisy: shame!
