We booked 4 rooms for my sons Wedding for family members and myself and husband for 3 nights. The room was well maintained and very clean. We booked the Executive Lounge & Boardroom for dinner one of the nights and booked the Executive Dining for all of us girls to meet and have our hair and makeup done without disturbing our partners and allowed us all to get to the area as moving between rooms would have been quite painful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I read many reviews stating how unhappy they were but we could only recommend the accomodation. The only issue we found was it can be quite noisy from the train but if that’s an issue for you just ask for a room on the other side as that may be suit you. Kat

Absolutely terrible experience. After booking a room for 27 th July we arrived just after 2pm I did call around 1.20pm about parking they said didn’t need to book just buzz at the gate and park . Went in and checked in didn’t take license or car registration number we asked we parked on B1 is that fine she replied as long it hasn’t got private parking sign it didn’t which I have proof I did take a photo my husband was having open heart surgery on the 28th July had to book extra nights because my husband was still in in icu then I got I phone call on the 1st of August around 12 pm saying I should’ve already checked out I explained I booked extra nights to check your emails then said sorry I was booked to the 3rd . I returned yo my room on the 1st August about 8.30 pm went to get something from the car I knew where my husband parked the car it wasn’t there I had Ubered everyday to the hospital so we hadn’t seen the car since July 27 . I went reception she wasn’t very helpful at all . So I called the police and made a police report . The Police advised me a certain tow company gets lots of work at that car park. After trying to find my car for 3 hours walking around car park by myself at night . I called the tow company they had my car it was towed 1.30pm that day same day I got the phone call to say I should’ve checked out . Tow company said Sebel asked for the car to be towed but the receptionist acted like she didn’t know anything told to call police wouldn’t check cctv footage . I had spent all week in hospital with my husband I had no way to get him home he had to stay in Hospital a extra night . called Reception next day emailed Couldn’t get any answers why my car was towed . I Emailed General Manager Ellie King with no reply still waiting No apologies or explanations either, just ‘the manager has gone home’, no follow up. I will never go near this place again.

This action was not taken by the hotel, and we believe the resident would have preferred to resolve the matter differently but was unable to contact you directly. This is the first incident of its kind, as our signage and access controls have generally been effective in preventing hotel guests from entering resident-only parking areas. These areas are clearly marked and require card access, which is not provided to hotel guests. Entry is only possible by following a resident vehicle, which is discouraged. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any further concerns you may have.

Absolutely terrible experience. After booking an extra night weeks ahead of time I was careful to call to make sure I was put in the same room for two nights. When I actually came to stay when I was out on day two the management approved someone to ENTER MY ROOM without permission, stuff my clothes and belongings in garbage bags and put them and my case in a storage room and rebook my room ! When I returned that evening my room was empty! No warning! Outrageous almost illegal conduct. No apologies or explanations either, just ‘the manager has gone home’, no follow up. I will never go near this place again.

Absolutely disgusting people, while my husband was getting open heart surgery at Cabrini these low life had our car towed after they told us to park in the carpark then wouldn’t tell us where our car was. So it took us most of the night to try find it What disgusting behaviour DONT STAY HERE. No Morals whatsoever and now they have started a fight they will wish they never did.

Just average .. not really as advertised.

Overall I rated our stay as very average with pre-confirmed arrangements not ready on our arrival & the allocated room well below the standard that they advertise. After complaining we were moved to a better room the following day. Rooms are small & a bit cramped for 4 people.
