Bon accueil. Chambre à peu prêt propre (peut faire mieux). Le manque de rangement est incroyable !! Une armoire complète pleine de vide mais avec une planche à repasser qui finalement ne sert quasiment jamais. Le réassort des produits de salle de bain est aléatoire. Un peignoir a été emporté et jamais rendu. Par contre les questions sur le genre style Wokiste à la fin de ce questionnaire sont totalement insupportables ! La prochaine fois je ne répondrai pas à ce type de questionnaire.

Sisavang Voyage solo - Avis confirmés ALL

Au début, j' ai regretté d'avoir choisi le Novotel dans ce quartier qui est quand-même assez loin à pied du centre-ville derrière les murailles. Mais le quartier de Nimman possède beaucoup d'atouts gastronomiques et le Maya shopping center ont renversé mes impressions;L'hôtel Novotel était une belle oasis de calme et de luxe.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans ce novotel. L'hôtel est très récent, et équipé d'une piscine sur le toit très sympathique et calme tout comme la salle de fitness. L'espace restaurant est tout simplement sublime au cœur de l'hôtel.
