J’ai été particulièrement déçu par mon expérience au novotel de chiang mai. Habitué à loger dans des hôtels Accor, je trouve l’hôtel en deçà des standards habituels. Si le personnel était très accueillant et répondait globalement à nos demandes, ma CB qui avait été envoyée et réceptionnée avait, dans un premier temps, été perdue. L’agencement des chambres n’est pas idéal avec une absence de porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre. Je ne suis pas sûr de retenter l’expérience
