The hotel's decoration is beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The view of the swimming pool is beautiful and the mountains are visible. The room size is not very big but the bed is soft and comfortable. It is convenient to travel and is near the shopping mall. I love everything in here💗

Location - convenient but surrounded by noisy neighborhood (e.g., other commercial places) while rooms aren't sufficiently soundproof even from the room next to it, so difficult to stay relaxed after an exhaustive day out Cleanliness - randomly spotted insects in the room (e.g., ants, roaches) every now and then Room - spacious but not well partitioned, bathroom lacks wall hangers and no wet/dry sectioning, squeaky glass doors, bathroom electronic outlet not functioning, confusing light switches Loyalty program - got treated with welcome snacks and late c/o (though we left at 12 so not matter much), but nothing much other than that

Overall enjoyed the stay - as expected from the pictures. Staff was very friendly, room was clean. That said, the location was a bit further away and not in a prime location from main road.
