Family and friends stay for wedding weekend

We stayed here for two nights over the weekend for our daughters wedding at nearby Whirlowbrook Hall. We also had family and friends staying as well. We were checked in by Alice and allocated a lovely big room with a balcony overlooking the lake. We all met up later in the restaurant for a big family meal. Everything was perfect. Plenty of choice for breakfast serve yourself. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We have stayed before and would stay again in the future.

On arrival we was greated my lisa. In all honesty our stay wasn't the best but iv giving a 5* rating to her and not based on our stay! she is very friendly and knew what she was doing in her job we thought she was the maganer on shift and when we found out she wasn't it shocked us. As I said our stay wasn't the best but the women who tried to put out the fire tried her very best I diddnt get her name but a big thankyou to you also for trying

Recently stopped here for couple of days and cant fault it especially some of the staff made to be very welcome and everything asked for was no trouble especially lisa who was on the reception she was very polite and helpful shes an exceptional asset to the staff she made my stay better than expected will definitely visit this hotel in future .

What a great experience went in the spa made new friends , my son was made to feel welcome by all the staff but special mention to Gabriel , Rosie , Lisa and Dan who all went above and beyond for him . The meal in the bar was very nice and was selection we had the club sandwich and the steak . Breakfast was a great selection there wasn’t anything missing .

A wonderful hotel, easy to find and free parking available, I have stayed many times here over the last year on business, the reception team of Lisa, Steph, Esther, Alice, and Charly are always welcoming, helpful and kind, alongside Gabriel, jobish (Bar) Molly and Jurgita (breakfast) the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Rooms always clean, I have never found a fault, if you are thinking of staying here, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel in the future and I am looking forward to staying again soon!
