Plus 1. Location - Well Connected 2. Rooms - They gave an upgrade to us Minus 1. They debited an amount from my credit card other than the one that was shown on app, few days before scheduled visit, unilaterally after having given an impression of debiting the original amount long back. This created lot of confusion and I had to block my card and bank accounts suspecting fraud. They admitted to have some issue with their software calculating GST 2. Staff was rude and a pack of doll bought by my 7 year daughter was viewed with suspicion. Food carried by my wife was too treated suspicions - overall we were made felt unwelcome.

I wont rate you anything more than 6 because my check-in took a lot of time even though i was at your hotel well past 9:00PM and since i did not cancel, I am expecting a room to be available. It took more than 30 minutes to get a room and atleast i should be treated with a coffee atleast since it is not my mistake i am waiting. The staff acted as if this was business as usual and i ended up some unnecessary time at the restaurant drinking coffee. The only service they did was to get my access card to the coffee shop with absolutely no apology for the delay. During checkout, My card was disabled a minute after 12:00 and your staff enabled my card to checkout and again ended up not working so the staff need some training on how to enable back a card that is disabled. Please don't ask for rating and surveys when you don't care about customer and these are regulation if you are going to continue as you were before. Please invest in some training on customer service and process enablement for your staff so that customers feel valued but if it is not important, You can continue as before but i told my corporate not to book at your hotel anymore.

Very nice experience .Great security .Feeling safe .Food was amazing .Nice staffs especially Ms Rahul and Vinay/Vijay from Food Exchange.The room was very clean and the room service was very nice.The Barmen were also very professional.Will surely recommend to others and will come again .
