At peak times, especially when multiple flights arrive simultaneously, the airport area can become extremely busy and shuttles fill up quicker than usual. Still, waiting along with so many passengers is understandably frustrating. For your reference, a taxi from Schiphol Airport to our hotel normally costs around €30–35, so we regret that you were charged significantly more. Regarding your early check-out, our night team is always present, but at 05:20 they may have been assisting with breakfast preparations or helping other guests in the lobby. We apologize if this caused you to feel unattended — it’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes que experimentó durante su estancia, especialmente con respecto a la confusión sobre el servicio de shuttle, pero en los autobuses se ven reflejados los logos de los diferentes Ibis, de esta manera se diferencia cual va al nuestro y cual no. Lamentamos también que las camas y el sofá cama no hayan sido tan cómodos como esperaba. Tomamos nota de sus sugerencias y evaluaremos cómo mejorar la disposición de las habitaciones para brindar una mayor comodidad a nuestros huéspedes. En cuanto a la falta de nevera en la habitación, entendemos que esto puede ser inconveniente, pero somos eco friendly por lo cual no las incluimos en las habitaciones para ahorrar energia. Respecto a los problemas con el lavabo y la ducha resbaladiza, hemos informado a nuestro equipo de mantenimiento para que lo revisen de inmediato. Nos esforzamos por ofrecer un entorno seguro y cómodo, y corregiremos estos problemas rápidamente. Apreciamos su sugerencia sobre los cargadores USB en las habitaciones, y evaluaremos la posibilidad de añadir más soluciones de carga en el futuro. Nos alegra saber que tanto el servicio de nuestro personal, la limpieza, como el desayuno fueron de su agrado.
