I recently stayed here on a business trip, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The hotel is wonderfully peaceful, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. Special thanks to Ella and another receptionist who spoke Spanish (they were both incredibly kind and helpful with every request for directions during all my stay). The housekeeping and reception teams were equally professional, friendly, and respectful. One thoughtful gesture that truly stood out was being offered a cup of coffee upon arrival while waiting for check-in and a free coffee ticket, after a six-hour journey, it was greatly appreciated. The airport shuttle remains one of the hotel’s best features. While it’s true the property is located about 15 minutes from Amsterdam’s city center, the shuttle takes you to the airport in around 5 minutes, where you can easily catch the Sprinter train or a bus to the city. This connection makes getting around fast and convenient. Although the hotel’s on-site dining options are limited, the airport offers several restaurants, a supermarket and a 24-hour Burger King, which can be reached via the shuttle. This is a great alternative if you prefer not to go into the city. Also the shuttle at the ·"green· Ibis" stop leaves you about 5 min walking distance to the supermarket and from some other restaurants. The only improvement I would suggest is extending the shuttle’s operating hours and increasing its frequency, especially in October and during the summer months when guests tend to stay out later. A 24-hour service would make exploring Amsterdam even more stress-free. Also, try to improve the info about the shuttles, the intercom at the Shuttle Pickup Point at the airport doesn´t work and a lot of families travelling with kids , were a little bit lost about the shuttle service, timetables, waiting times or even on how the shuttle looks. Minor details to improve. Overall, everything was excellent, as always, this hotel remains my number one choice whenever I visit Amsterdam. Congratulations to the entire team for maintaining such high standards in an affordable staying!

Though its a bit outside city center, still its good budget option because traveling to city center is very convenient. Public bus stop to travel to city center is on walking distance(5 mins). It hardly takes 20-25 mins to reach city center with public trasport.
