Nothing changed after months

You said you would clean or replace you irons as they are really dirty and the starch keeps wrecking my shirts. This was months ago. Up so. Arrive nothing has changed. Really disappointed. The rooms have got really really dusty. Stains on the walls especially in the bathroom. No robes or slippers anymore. You can’t tell what the decaf coffee pods are. Your card never works in the lifts. Great staff though. It’s just a shame you can’t fix the simple things. Oh and a cracked toilet seat.

Thank you for Bradely! His smiles do make a difference when you’re coming back to the hotel after a long day or first thing in the morning, he’s a star. The staff overall are good (makes a difference). Did not use any of the facilities but they looked good. Near by where my employer is so location was fantastic. Appreciated that the main door gets locked after 10pm and access can only be done via room key. One down side (from guests not hotel!) is consistent guest kept on leaving their food tray at the fire exit at the floor I was staying in. Defeats the purpose of the exit and irresponsible as it would (in real situation) put other guests at risk. Not sure what the hotel can do to fix

Sehr schöne grosse Zimmer, tolle Austattung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gut zentral gelegen. Ruhige Zimmer. Tolle Erfahrung. Der Pool ist ein zusätzliches Plus. Das Ambiente ist gediegen und charmant. Die Sitzkissen bei der Sitzecke bei der Bar sind leider etwas verschmutzt und benötigen eine Erneuerung. Das ist der einzige negative Punkt. Ansonsten perfekt.

Prachtig hotel, vriendelijk personeel, gezellige bar/restaurant met pool en prima service. High end maar zonder capsones. Locatie in het CBD van Perth is prima en het personeel helpt ook mee te denken over vervoersmogelijkheden en attracties. Ik voelde me welkom en op m'n gemak
