25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Our overall experience from the time we checked in, until the time we checked out, was fantastic. We advised the hotel that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and received a complimentary bottle of wine and a little food hamper, which was such a lovely gesture, and very much appreciated. Our room was large, airy and clean. The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable. The staff were just amazing, who gave fast and efficient service, with a smile. I'd like to thank Madeline in particular, who served us at the bar. She made sure we were looked after, from the time we entered the bar, until the time we left. It made our afternoon there very special. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast, which was delicious. The only very minor negative, is that there was no seating in the room, apart from the bed & the 2 dining chairs under the small dining table. Overall, an amazing experience and we'll definitely stay here again!

We had a nice two nights at the Adnate. The bed was very comfortable. All the artwork was a nice touch. We had a deal that included breakfast which was great with slots of choices. Pretty handy location and has a heated pool as well. Would definitely return

10/10 we will be back

The loveliest staff… the most amazingly clean and beautifully designed rooms. The view was out of this world too. Breakfast was lovely, and the bar/ pool / dining floor was full of portraits and bright colours. We wanted to book another night when we were checking out!

My first time sleeping with other people’s pubic hair!!!

I slept with a bed full of other guests pubic hairs. It was not a pleasant experience but the hotel offered a small chocolate bar as an apology. Not expected for a $450 night room. I’m not sure that I would stay there again but I know if I have to then I will be checking the bed first.

We chose this for our 3 night stay from the Accor stable of hotels in Perth, for its central location, good reviews and pricing. Booked a deluxe room which was spacious, and offered everything one needed of a 4 star hotel. Sanitary fittings were good, and whilst toiletries were limited to shower, shampoo and conditioner dispensed from wall hung bottles, they were quality ones. The hotel did have a leaflet saying they had dispensed with single use amenities and plastic bottles, but some amenities like dental/shaving/sewing/vanity kits were available on request. Fair enough. Room came complete with a Nespresso machine and good selection of tea bags. Top marks too to the staff at the 3-man reception counter who were always cheerful, and on hand. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with eggs to order for its English breakfast selection, except that there was no variety. Long staying guests would have a problem with that. Con was that there was only one main light switch which threw the room in total darkness once switched off (apart from the bathroom). There were two bedside wall hung pull out lights to compensate, but more spot lighting lighting options would have been appreciated. And despite earlier complaints of uneven housekeeping standards, we too were faced with an un-emptied bin in the bathroom the day following check in. It is not swanky, and it is roadside disembarkation along Hay Street itself. No impressive driveways like Westin or Como the Treasury, but for its price, it is value for money. Qantas puts it crew there, so there is something to be said for the hotel.
