Excellent customer service, immaculately presented rooms, generous buffet breakfast, poolside bar, and more, makes the Adnate an attractive travel option.

We've stayed at the Adnate previously and this was a staycation with our adult children and their partners. My rating is 3.5 (but sadly can't give half points) as it was defiantly better than average but not quite at the 4 mark. Reception staff were friendly and helpful at both check in and check out, we dropped our bags off early and headed out for lunch returning to check in at 2pm. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There aren't any amenities e.g. cotton buds etc., in the room but you can request these from reception. Our son (19th floor) said the water pressure in the shower was poor and they had to wash the wine glasses prior to use. The pool bar/restaurant has a light and airy feel, however the seating was heavily stained and could do with a steam clean. Breakfast was reasonable, we went down at 9am and didn't see any replenishing of items. The plates are side plate size and I'm sure that this contributed to the amount of food dropped on the floor which wasn't cleaned up by staff (or the people who dropped it), making the walkthrough (which is narrow) a little bit hazardous, but didn't effect the enjoyment of our overall stay.

We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas 2025 and loved it! The staff were so friendly and festive! Breakfast was fine, everything you could want, pool is only small but a nice lookout and surrounding area. Room was lovely and large and comfortable. Right in the CBD, loads of bars and restaurants within walking area, recommend the comedy club too!

Always a quality place to stay. Nice room, comfortable bed, quality Shampoo, Conditioner and Body lotion in the large shower. Well appointed room with desk, bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, plenty of space to hang suits and shirts. This time I was on the 7th floor in an east facing room which meant the sun gets you up, but the quality sun block curtains do a pretty good job of keeping out most of the sunlight. The bathroom is a good size and checkout was fast and efficient. I choose the Adnate because of the proximity to Wilson Parking. Enter off Murray Street and it's a very short walk to the Adnate. The only negatives are the ones I mentioned last time when I stayed here in December 2024, and that's the pillows. When are hotels going to learn to supply DIFFERENT SIZED PILLOWS!? I mentioned it last time, but clearly they haven't taken any notice. Not everyone uses a high pillow. Sure, 4 big fluffy looking pillows look great on the bed and in online advertising, but they are uncomfortable if you prefer a low pillow. I have a sore neck. Also the windows. Check out the pic and decide for yourself. Despite the negatives, and other enjoyable stay.

Good central location

Very central location. Don't be surprised when your taxi takes you to what seems to be a car park entrance. It leads to the drop-off area right by the entrance. Reception area is utilitarian and a bit uninspiring, as are the hotel corridors. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is standard fare. Dinner options are more inspiring. Later when we rented a car the parking garage (as mentioned before) is adjacent and very handy.
