Perfectly located apartment with all that you need!

Perfectly located near the cbd of Perth and with a CAT station walking distance. I had a room/apartment on the 3rd floor facing the street which I actually really enjoyed. No noise from outside (I’m also a deep sleeper so that maybe helped). Kitchen is fully equipped with what you need, ac is working great! The washer and dryer are really nice and the amenities are stocked when arriving. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. I only used the pool which I found very comfortable, just a bit crowded for me but that’s a personal thing.

Great location, easy to get into the CBD with free bus system. However the noise coming from the BBQ and pool area was a constant problem, all sorts of large groups (adults and children) seem to use these facilities, and not just guests or residents...and no interest from management in addressing the unreasonable noise pollution. Noisiest place I have ever stayed at in Australia.

The staff were wonderful and so was the swimming pool. There are bbqs available for guests to use too. We had a lovely stay. The bus stop is very conveniently located just a minutes walk away from the hotel.

Located a short walk from the CBD in West Perth. Not a lot of cafes, bars or restaurants near so be prepared to walk or get a cab to better nightlife. There is on-site parking available for $19 a day. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's no views to speak of - this is a place to stay to enjoy Perth and not really for enjoying a fine hotel.

We felt very welcomed on arrival and found that the room was very quiet (on a Main Street) with a comfortable bed. 8 minutes to the city with cafes and restaurants close by. The staff have been exceptional! The wildflowers in the lobby are a lovely touch to showcase the area.
