Great family stay at Epping Mantra

My family booked a double apartment, it had all the facilities we could ask for, kitchen, laundry, kids playpen, etc. The staff was very Friendly, housekeeping was super efficient and the buffer offering was very broad and delicious. The hotel itself is not too far away from the airport, and is also close to the Epping Shopping centre. It is close to major motorways making it easy to get around town.

Me and my fiancé loved our time here and would recommend it to any of our friends. Great service and great rooms. My favourite was the breakfast buffet, the location and especially the room. Definetly will be back when coming back to Melbourne next year. Thanks mantra.

Great Business Hotel

Great hotel for business in Epping. Handy to the airport, approx. $45 Uber ride. Both restaurants were excellent serving good honest food at a reasonable price. Check in/out was well handled. Rooms are clean, tidy and functional for business, but don't expect a lot of amenities. Highly recommend.

From the very first phone call 📞 and seeking information about the hotel & it's amenities. Calling from interstate with a "family emergency". I was greeted by a professional and his expertise showed by the way he was respectful to my situation, offered his sympathy and re-assured me on every aspect I was seeking. Upon arrival had me in a room ASAP so to rest my tired legs from the plane and attend to my family emergency. Greeted me everyday with a smile and a wave and no question was unreasonable or too difficult. What a wonderful human and his name was KAM! In a society where we are pushing generations on technology and apps and no human contact it was a blessing that CUSTOMER SERVICE and the good ole fashion "HELLO HOW CAN I HELP YOU" was still in place. MANTRA EPPING you have my 5 X STARS ☆☆☆☆☆

A wonderful outside CBD option

A great option for staying outside of the Melbourne CBD, this hotel is new, clean, has great parking, close to shops, helpful and friendly staff. Beds are comfy, bathroom is lovely. The pub on the bottom floor was super convenient for meals. I would definitely stay here again.
