Nice view but poor service

Had too much trouble with booking. The booking staff was not supportive and continued representing confusing information. It took me one whole morning to go back and forth on the info with the booking staff. I booked the decoration service from the hotel for my anniversary party but the dining room was not ready when all the guests arrived. As a diamond member of Accor, it is the worst experience I have with Accor and it is really not at the standard of Accor.

The staff were really friendly and they were willing to support us anyway. Despite limited services because of COVID-19, Mgallery Cat Ba made their best to serve us during our stay. I would definitely come back if I had a chance!

Good service , beautiful design. But room with 2 people only have one bathrobe . Lack of clothes hangers.
