Perfect location for a luxurious stay on Cat Ba. Our room had a wonderful view overlooking the beach and a very comfortable bed. We ate dinner a couple of times in the hotel restaurant and the food was perfection; - the staff were all very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Uyen at reception for her excellent English and her help with arranging our transfer back to the airport.

It was so wonderful that we extended our stay so that we could spend a whole day relaxing and enjoying the hotel and its facilities. The spa was beautiful and the massages were perfect. Cocktails delicious and well balanced. Food was excellent. And staff was professional, responsive and friendly. In short, A++!

This is a really beautiful hotel. We've just spent 4 wonderful nights relaxing and enjoying the facilities and the incredible surroundings. Gorgeous rooms, views, pools. It was so nice to eat breakfast each morning under the fans of the veranda. We ate on one night in the hotel restaurant - Indochine - and we're disappointed there are better options in town. The g & ts are great on the rooftop bar or around the downstairs pool bar. Don't hesitate to book.

1. All inclusive is not good describe in the offer, it is not one day but only from 3 pm until 10am which is not worthy 2. Afternoon tea should be freshly brewed a NOT for the bags, it was really bad tea quality for this price 3. Our dinner was moved to other day but glass of wine was not anymore included which was not nice and were not informed Overall such a small things but for hotel with good name should be taken into consideration how guests feels about it.
