كل شي في الفندق كان ذا اداء وجودة عالية سواء في الاستقبال مع الاخوات جورجينا و فرانسيس ويقمن بالخدمة على أتم وجه وهن ودودات ومرحبات بالابتسامة دائما، و الضيافة ممتازة كما قمن بتزويدي بهدايا تذكارية في نهاية الاقامة مع الفندق، أيضا موقع الفندق جيد وخدمة المواصلات وخدمة الغرف جيدة جدا ، و قسم السبا كذلك خدماتهم جيدة خاصة قسم الاظافر والمساج رغم انني أفضل عزل غرف المساج بأبواب خلاف عن الستائر وذلك لأنه سيعطي مزيد من الخصوصية، وفي الاخير أشكر إدارة الفندق على الخدمات الرائعة.

Regarding your comment on the room size, we offer a variety of room categories, including more spacious options, and we would be happy to assist you in selecting accommodations that better meet your preferences for any future visits. We would also like to address your concern about the security deposit. Please rest assured that the pre-authorization was released on the day of your check-out, November 17th, at 13:10 p.m. We have provided proof of the transaction to confirm that no further action is required from our side. Unfortunately, the timing of when the funds become available in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, which may vary.
