Regarding your comment on the room size, we offer a variety of room categories, including more spacious options, and we would be happy to assist you in selecting accommodations that better meet your preferences for any future visits. We would also like to address your concern about the security deposit. Please rest assured that the pre-authorization was released on the day of your check-out, November 17th, at 13:10 p.m. We have provided proof of the transaction to confirm that no further action is required from our side. Unfortunately, the timing of when the funds become available in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, which may vary.
