Dear valuable guest, Thank you for your comments. We deeply regret to hear that your stay in our hotel while on business trip has been impacted by this incident. Rest assured that as soon as you notified us the room was put out sales and we contacted a specialist company to come and check the room. The safety and comfort of our guests is our top priority and we are sorry if we missed the follow-up afterwards that we usually do with our guests for any issues that may occur.
