Efficient and professional check in team. Let us check in early when room was available. Big clean rooms. Excellent park for kids right out the front. Close to everything. The breakfast is the same price as every other cafe but just much, much better!

Really Good rooms, great view, The heating in the night was set too high, and I couldnt reduce the heating. I had to sleep without the covers as it was way too hot. The Room service had most of the items on the list unavailable, and was closed by 9:15. The restaurant was closed at 7:45PM. Overall the Hotel was very good.

I've stayed here a few times now. It's always a positive experience. Large modern rooms with very comfortable beds. High speed wifi, cable tv, bar, restaurant and friendly staff, what more could you ask for. If you want to dine out there are a heap of good restaurants within walking distance as well. Its my favourite place to stay when visiting Launceston.

Very nice Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. A great place to stay. Great views and easy walking distance to other restaurants and town. Upgraded and room was very comfortable. Lovely lounge bar area/ coffee shop downstairs and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is nicely located right on the river with some views of Cataract Gorge. It is within a short 10 min to the seaport with multiple eateries and bars and the city centre for any shopping need. The facilities are great with a nice restaurant, two bars and a cafe ... Plenty of areas to sit and relax. Breakfast is a la carte and offers many choices. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities you expect at a 5 star hotel. The bathroom is also very spacious. We had a beautiful stay at this hotel.
