Pretty hotel, good location, horrible views from most rooms, service was poor and definitely under delivered for a $1000 a night hotel. A lot of service misses. Wont repeat.

Beautiful place, of course, and rectified over a few emails back and forth, but was not able to check in on time, and then was told items would be taken off our bill to accommodate, and they weren't (until I asked then they were!). Overall, lovely, but, a bit miffed at how pricey it is and basic items weren't met.

We tried to check in early and the room wasn’t ready. Staff immediately took our bags took us upstairs to get our check in complete and comped us a drink to thank us for staying there. Excellent customer service
