We absolutely LOVED staying in this beautiful property with the absolute BEST team - from the doorman, to the check-in team to the concierge, room attendants. Very impressed. We loved the variety of restaurant options, speakeasy, pool & spa area, etc. Such a gem in a great location in Boston!

We stayed at Raffles Boston a couple of weekends ago, and it was truly the most beautiful and exceptional hotel experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely seamless. We were greeted warmly, our names were already known, and every detail was handled effortlessly. The private butler service elevated the entire stay—we felt genuinely cared for and special in a way that is so rare to find. The hotel itself is stunning, and the rooms are beyond immaculate. We have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness, and this exceeded every expectation—not a single hair, not a speck of dust. It was clear that the team takes immense pride in both the presentation and the overall guest experience. Every interaction, every space, and every detail reflected true luxury and intention. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an experience we’ll remember and look forward to repeating.

We found the service to be really helpful, friendly and courteous from everyone we met at the hotel - from the doormen, bellboys, reception staff, housekeeping, Long Room server staff and our butler. The butler service in particular is really good - as long as you make full use of them via the WhatsApp and by getting to know them in person. Our butler was only serving 4 rooms in total at any one time (and the hotel was pretty full over Easter weekend) so it was a really personal service experience. She packed and unpacked for us, made us baths, booked and changed our restaurant reservations, got us museum tickets, and generally dealt with our random requests. The setting of the hotel is what it is - too close to a car park, and very urban. But the spaces inside are really well designed and our room - an emerald suite - was beautiful. Overall - our first Raffles experience and really glad we tried it. Would definitely be interested in visiting other Raffles properties around the world if they are all as good as this.

A hotel can be beautiful, but a caring staff helps to make the hotel even more sought after! From the lovely woman who did the turndown in the evening, to the gentleman who helped me with my bag and brought me up to my daughter’s room, to the lovely and knowledgable deep tissue masseuse who made every ache and pain disappear, to the women who brought my dinner to the room and coffee in bed, I thank you!! My stay was phenomenal!
