Me and/or my husband have been staying at Raffles Boston 6-8x/year for the last couple years. This last trip was the only time I ever had an issue - and it was just the first night, and not the normal-type guests staying in the room next to me (partied until 5am). Other than this one incident - which will happen from time to time I imagine - I have very much enjoyed my stays. I’ve historically been afraid to stay somewhere by myself. As everyone at Raffles checks on me to make sure I have everything I need - I KNOW I could reach out if I was uneasy about something.

The suite was lovely and the Boston location was great. However, what made this experience memorable was the high level of customer service. Every employee whom we encountered was professional, courteous, and very willing to assist in any way possible.

Hotel was beautiful.I Tried to have a romantic dinner in our room but there was to much confusion for that to happen correctly. I was told they would set up our room for a romantic dinner for a 6:30. Then I was told I had to call and put my food order in prior. I did that and asked if they knew about the plans we had. The kitchen said yes. I asked For the food to be brought up as appetizers, dinner, and dessert. The food showed up at 6:20 without the room being set up and all of the food was cooked already. Not the way i envisioned our dinner or how the butler team said it would be. Just disappointing because i heard such good things about the service at this hotel.
