The Towers were very neat and nice. Small issue with blown light in master bedroom but would have been replaced if requested. We were on level 36 with ocean views which were gorgeous. Amazing night views over the entertainment area and the ocean. Very central and so easy to get everywhere. Absolutely go for it.

Overdue for a refurbishment, cheaply furnished and not particularly comfortable.

Very dated and tired apartment, long overdue for a refurbishment. Cheaply furnished with extremely firm bedding and not particularly comfortable sofas. Kitchen equipment mismatching and damaged. Bathroom tiles cracked and mouldy and clearly had been for some time. Hotel staff were great and common areas were well maintained and clean. Shame about the apartment.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Treated like a prisoner and have your bond robbed at end of stay. Lined and furnishings about 20!years old, smelled musky and dank. Don’t expect any service here especially when your Appliances dont work. Don’t worry about cleaning up behind yourself and making evening nice as they’ll take your bond without telling you anyways

The location of the hotel is great and within walking distance of everything in Surfer's Paradise. The resort facilities are great and modern. Loved the indoor pool, spa and sauna and the beach area too. The free parking for guests is really wonderful, it is secure and safe! The only downside is that the rooms are a bit dated, I think they could do with some renovations. Also, the beds need to have electric blankets or something to cater for those cold winter nights. We only had one spare blanket in our apartment and my kids were freezing on some nights. Cleaners need to come in more often eg after about 4 days. We stayed for 7 days and had no cleaners come during the stay Otherwise, great stay will definitely recommend.

good location but old outdated rooms

Dont be fooled by the hotel photos! the rooms are so outdated and run down. I was very disappointed. While the location and view is great, the rooms are so outdated and run down. Everything is so old and worn, such as the old and damaged paint on walls, old fridge and kitchen, run down old bathrooms and noisy running toilet.
