I recently stayed here with my family and my daughters friend. The apartment was super spacious with enough room for us all to have some space. Loved how there was two bathrooms. The view was incredible. The pools were amazing especially for a night swim, but we couldn't figure out how to turn on the spa but the water was still nice and warm. The place was overall very spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly. Although the car park is tricky you can work it out. The spaces are decent sizes. One of the two lifts always seemed to be out of order and the lifts took forever to arrive and given we were on the 16th floor it was very impractical to walk up and down everytime we wanted to leave. This place is super ideally located right on the beach front so you can wake up and see the ocean and lovely views.

Lovely suite with stunning views. We saw whales from our balcony. We loved living the high life and looking out over the sea and city. Easy 5-10 minute walk to town with many activities and restaurants. Showers slightly dated and bath missing a plug. We didn’t realise it was self service and we had to provide or buy cleaning stuff. It was handy having our own laundry facilities. The outside pool was closed for most of our visit due to building work and the spa broke down but the kids enjoyed using the indoor pool. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We were put on an East side room so we overlooked the ocean which was spectacular. The room was clean in the main usage areas, but areas not used frequently look like they have not been cleaned for many months, such as cupboards. The curtains were very dusty and dirty, and look like they have never been cleaned. The bathrooms were clean and so were the beds. The water flowed well and was hot. It is old and dated and does need rejuvenation, but for the price was reasonable. I was disappointed I was not notified that the outside pool was being renovated and unavailable, but with the beach directly across the road we managed. Arriving late is a bit of a challenge, but we worked it out.

Ideally located and we had ocean view and beautiful sunsets to watch from the 30th floor. Very spacious apartment and well equipped. Free parking in secure car park under hotel. The only slight issue was the building work noise from behind the hotel which started up about 7am but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Over all great experience. It had all facilities a family would require. Nice location, excellent balcony ocean and city view. Only thing which they can improve is that install locks for the doors in the washrooms and bedrooms for some privacy.
