Our third time staying here, wonderful friendly staff , spotlessly clean rooms with big windows overlooking the park, coffee machine and yoga mat, access to huge gym, great cafe/restaurant downstairs and right on the tramline- what’s not to love ?!

Everything was fabulous at this wonderful hotel. The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was great, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was very comfortable and the little extra touches, like high quality peppermint tea bags and an easy-to-use coffee maker, were terrific. Checking out was straightforward, too. Overall, a very affordable, enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

Very helpful staff. Lovely, comfortable room. Everything you could wish for in complementary teas, coffees…. Excellent selection of mini bar items too. Large comfortable bed and pillows. I’m looking forward to staying here again very soon.

This is my ‘go to’ accommodation when in Melbourne. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and I love the beds. The rooms are always immaculately presented and getting into the city via tram is simple and enjoyable. The staff are always welcoming and professional. I love this hotel!

Deludente. Su 4 giorni per ben due volte la mia camera non è stata pulita. La prima volta me ne sono accorta nel pomeriggio e nonostante abbia avvisato subito la reception, quando sono rientrata la sera la mia camera era rimasta eattamente come prima, cioè non era stata pulita. La seconda volta me ne sono accorta al rientro di notte dopo un'intera giornata passata fuori: l'ultima cosa che vorretsi trovare dopo una giornata stancante! E al check-out hanno anche avuto il coraggio di chiedermi di pagare le due bottiglie d'acqua del mini-bar!
