Tiniest Room Ever

Tiniest room ever. No room between wall mounted TV and bed, had to walk sideways. Mirror was 800mm away so makeup or shaving impossible to do unless you want to stand on the side and twist your body. The towels hung over toilet so were in your face while sitting on loo. and fridge was warm when turned to coldest and even after having a bottle of water in there for 3hrs was only cool. Breakfast was nice, but ordered a coffee but didn't arrive until after I had breakfast. Would never recommend this hotel.

If you need to be in centrally located this hotel will tick all the boxes. What I needed on my stay was great places to eat close by, shops, supermarkets, transport and a clean safe room. This Ibis delivered in spades at an affordable price. The double-bed suite is very cosy and it would be great if there was at least a full-length mirror in the room but the bed was very comfortable for one and there was enough space to move around (although nowhere to put your luggage) and the bathroom was clean. The only issue was the air pressure would sometimes make the door sound like it was being opened which as a woman freaked me out initially. But it is very secure. Overall I'd definitely stay again. It's a hidden gem.

From the moment l arrived l was met with smiles and real customer service. Check in was a breeze and personable. My bags were taken to my room by the concierge and l was assigned a room on the 10th floor. My room was larger than what I expected. Most importantly the bed was comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. The bathroom was squeaky clean. The fitness centre was better than average. All in all, this would have to be the best Ibis l have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally wonderful. Special mention to Tom and Ben and also the concierge. Your team is an asset to your establishment . Thank you for a great stay in a great hotel in a great part of the city.
