Fabulous family room/ suite with everything you could need for a stay. Great facilities and equipment in the room. Great location for Prahran Market. Very comfortable stay and would highly recommend. Location is not central though so you would need a car or Uber to get places. Only downside was the en suites don’t allow much privacy being just frosted glass. Would come again!

No Good. No food.no cooling

No Restaurant. No Room service. No cooling that's effective when 30 hot. Good location was very good. disappointed with the cooling on the hot days Should be giving credits or refunds until the aircon & restaurant & room service are operating

Our family had a short stay at the Cullen and we had a great time. The hotel is slightly quirky and in a fantastic location - short stroll to Chapel Street, and over the road from the Prahran Markets. The rooms were bigger than expected with a comfy bed, small kitchenette, yet a relatively small bathroom for the size of the room. Has everything you need for a nice stay. The dining options were limited in the hotel, but not an issue with so much on your doorstep. Parking was convenient and reasonably priced under the hotel. Very nice stay was had and we will come back in the future if in the area - highly recommended

Excellent location, very friendly & helpful staff, room very clean & large. Directly across the road from Prahran marketplace. Tram stop 50 Mtrs from hotel for direct to city. Disappointed that the restaurant and bar have closed. Artwork absolutely impressive.

Why does Accor bother with a website - the information is often wrong

Excellent value, rooms decent and staff very friendly. I just wonder why Accor bothers to have a website. The details are just not correct. For example it states the hotel has " two exciting restaurants " The hotel doesn't have any restuarants! It then says "The hotel does not accept cash" That is also incorrect, I was told no problem should a wish to pay in cash (which I didnt, but it was offered) The purpose of the information on the web page is just that - to get information - please see that it is correct. I have had many other instances at the Sofitel with the same problem. They have a menu for the resturant in some instances that are often years old and not valid.
