Excellent AO stay. 5 min walk to the Tennis. Big rooms. Clean. Sufficient breakfast. Helpful staff. Highly recommend for your next stay. Taxi ride to the city. Clean big bathroom. Average bath and shower. Good amenities in the room. Lovely little touches for the tennis

One night stay to go to a concert

We have stayed in a large number of hotels in the Melbourne CBD and needed reasonably priced accommodation for a single night to go to a concert at the nearby Sydney Myer music bowl. It is a little tricky to navigate the roads leading to Brunton Avenue as there are no u- turns & stopping zones but google maps helped & I am familiar with the area. I should have paid more attention to the parking as it needed to be pre-paid & there were no bays available. That said the staff were very helpful with on street parking including costs & hourly rates. I would recommend for a short stay but prefer hotels with restaurants & a bar 7 days.

Double charged for accomodation and Mantra not reimbursing.

We prepaid for our accommodation, but they have charged us again despite showing proof of the initial payment and the secondary charge. They’re still refusing to process the refund, and, as they are no longer responding, we may have no choice but to file a dispute with our credit card company.

Great service. Room was comfortable and clean. Location perfect for our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Booking was easy to do online. I would definitely recommend to people and stay again for our next trip to Melbourne!

All OK But No Resturant so Need to Go Out for dine in and alsoOne need to see the location Budget Overall Ok If Pricing of the room is Ok And Can have some savings etc If you can walk to the ram station near by or little more walk can reach to market and Flinders Main Station as well
