The staff are very helpful and the place is always spotless. It's a great place to stay as it is very central to restaurants and shops. You don't have to pay to park you car either. There is only one issue, and that is sometimes you have to wait a while for the lifts.

Great Location and Ocean View

Great apartments, nice and clean, stayed for 4 nights, room is spacious, great location, great service. Room is clean. I had breakfast in the balcony with ocean view, so enjoyable. Highly recommend. I will def come back

Great place to stay!

We decided to take a family trip for our daughter's 18th birthday. She was born on the Gold Coast so it was fitting that we returned here for her momentous occasion. So our accommodation had to be special. Peppers Soul didn’t let us down. We stayed in the Sub-Penthouse on the 61st floor, and enjoyed almost 360 degree views of the Gold Coast. There was ample space for our family and the accommodation was clean and well kept. A few adjustments though, would have made this trip perfect. - Automated blinds – especially since we are in the year 2021! - Better Wifi access – especially since we are in the year 2021! Even fit the TVs with google chrome devises - A more comfortable mattress in the main bedroom – time for an upgrade, I'd say! Other than these three points, our stay was faultless. Well done Peppers Soul!

Lower rooms better for sleep

As beautiful as the sub penthouse was, awaking at sunrise because of the sheer blinds was not fun. The lower floor rooms have decent rubber backed curtains in the bedrooms which allowed for a normal sleep. My tip, save coin & sleep & stay in a lower floor.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your review. Facing east we are indeed greeted by the rising sun. As you state most apartments have blockout curtains. The design of the Sub-Penthouses is a different type. A good point to consider if this worries you. Sincerely, Adam Taloni

Stay at Sea Temple

The service from all staff was amazing from the time we booked in to staff greeting us in the lifts. Location and room were second to none, right on the beach and brand new apartments. We were even up-graded from a 2 bed to a 3 bed. As it was very windy during our stay it was nice to also have an inside pool to swim in. The only confusing part about our stay was getting from the carpark to the hotel, as there didn't seem a direct route and we weren't told how to get there, we got lost a couple of times.
