We didn’t have an experience as I cancelled the stay , had to do it three times before they got the message , once through the app and then two phone calls. Now you are asking how I enjoyed it! In addition I seemingly Booked with a no cancellation policy. So I had to pay for two nights stay . I had to cancel as my husband got very ill.

My husband and I stayed in the suite with 2 balconies and views over the Tamar river. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Reception staff were amazing and picked up the slack of housekeeping staff who with exception of Thursday didn't do any cleaning or proper service. We had to ask for basic necessities such as toilet paper. This venue deserves a 5 but for being let down by what appears to be lazy housekepping staff who are not doing their job. I would personally sack the weak links because this venue is really fantastic. Thank you to Reception staff, you made our stay fantastic and a pleasure to be there.
