I felt welcomed by staff particularly as I had a very late arrival due to flight delays. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and comfortable with everything I needed for a work stay and later for a holiday.

Plesent to check in. Thank you for the free upgrade. Only grumble was curtains were showing signs of age.. a tear and a hole or two. But besides that great place to stay.

First class place, they really look after you and the rooms and views are lovely. The staff were welcoming and really went that bit more to make sure that we had everything we wanted. There are a few waterside bars and restaurants in the immediate facility and the town centre is about a 15 minute walk away. The only mild criticism is that parking is a bit of an issue although even in this respect the staff try to help.
