Great staff, dirty rooms, tv very outdated, cold breakfast! Not value for money. No dinner available. Big rooms but very noisy due to outdoor building works, not Pepper’s fault. Loved Pepper’s here in FNQ but so very very disappointed with the cleanliness of rooms But thank you for the complimentary Wine and Chocolate’s !! Staff went above and beyond!

Room is not worth the price. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Balcony was covered in bird poo and cigarette butts. Stains on carpet, runs in carpet, marks on the walls. When the next room closed their door it banged ours, needs a soft close or something. No value for money. The only good thing was the location, but there’s better value for money in the area.

We checked in early, left our bags in storage, went to explore Melbourne until about 130pm. Our hotel receptionist Hana was friendly and bubbly. We arrived in our room 145pm. The room was beautiful, shower was good too. Extra large bed was comfortable. The view was on construction. The pool was amazing!!! Close to Marvel Stadium too.

The hotel is in a good location and close to the public city rail stations. All receptionists are very supportive. They did their best to help me with parking and other requests. You can have a good breakfast in the hotel.
