I stayed from 10-13 Feb, In room 418, which was a really good stay. Staff was very helpful, special thanks to Michael, Jack and copper who took care of me when I was there.

Nice but not five star

Great location for us to walk to Southern Cross station and to get on trams. The location is amongst offices and is pretty quiet with some interesting cafes . The room we had was well appointed and well maintained . We didn’t experience a welcoming approach from staff at checkin and a reluctance to attend to issues . Breakfast is reasonable and is buffet style . The pool and gym are in a neighbouring building which is fine . We found the gym area to be quite unclean and in some aspects , unsafe . When reporting this , we were not made aware of OHS procedures . Overall , this is not a five star hotel and the professional approach usually associated with Accor wasn’t really evident .

The hotel has a tram stop in front of it in the free tram zone. It’s a perfect location to catch the trams all over Melbourne. I’m the room was quite big and facilities nice and clean. There is a pool but it’s in another building which I didn’t have time to use. The breakfast is really nice and there is a bar area for drinks. Well staffed, I arrived late and saw some reviews about staffing for late arrivals but it was fine. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel ligt op prima locatie dichtbij restaurants, winkelcentrum en het reuzenrad. De medewerkers bij de receptie zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn groot en comfortabel, voorzien van koffie- en theevoorzieningen en badjassen. Matrassen hadden iets comfortabeler gekund. Het ontbijt viel erg tegen, was erg sober. Het is fijn als je de auto bij het hotel kunt parkeren, anders wordt het wel lastiger maar vantevoren kan een parkeerplek niet gereserveerd worden. Wij geven dit hotel een 7,5.

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ λίγο πηγαίνες να φας και το μπουφέ ήταν άδειο..Το δωμάτιο δεν το καθάριζαν κάθε μέρα..και το χειρότερο από όλα ήταν ότι η πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου δεν ήταν στο ίδιο το ξενοδοχείο έπρεπε να πας έξω να την βρεις.. το ίδιο και το Γυμναστήριο ..
