We regret to learn of your dissatisfaction in relation to the lack of window access within your accommodation as this is due to security and guest safety, and as well as the limited housekeeping services on Sunday. Fijn verblijf in op zich een fijne kamer. Er waren wel wat rare zaken die wij toch eigenlijk niet vinden kunnen in een hotel als dit. Zo stond er in de gang tussen de lift en onze kamer toen wij binnen kwamen een dienblad met bestek, borden en een bakje met stukken meloen (restanten van een ontbijt?) op de grond in een hoekje. Dit heeft er twee dagen gestaan voor het weg was. Ook stonden er op eenzelfde wijze twee lege wijnglazen op de grond in de gang toen we uitcheckten. Het SSL-certificaat van de interne website die je te zien krijgt bij verbinden met hotel wifi was op 22 september (reen maand voor ons verblijf) verlopen waardoor mijn telefoon alleen maar beveiligongsfoutmeldingen gaf. Ik heb hierdoor de wifi niet gebruikt. Bij doorgeven hiervan aan de receptie ("Jullie moeten [dat certificaat[ laten verversen, anders gebruik ik de wifi niet") kreeg ik een zwak lulverhaal ("Oh, soms werkt het niet goed met Europese telefoons."). Ik ben softwareontwikkelaar en weet precies wat er aan de hand is. De ICT-afdeling van het hotel heeft zijn werk gewoon niet goed gedaan. Dat heb ik haar verteld, maar ik heb niet het idee dat er iets mee zou gaan gebeuren... In de ochtend stond er op het enkel glas van de kamer veel condens, en er was geen mogelijkheid tot luchten; raam kom niet open (zelfs geen ventilatieschuif) en de deur naar het tiny balkon zat op slot.

We take technical problems seriously and will pass on your comments to our IT department to ensure that this is addressed in the future.
