I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. We were in a brand new renovated room and it was terrible. The pillows were a complete joke—some were lumpy and so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep at all without stuffing my puffer jacket inside the pillow case. The mattress was rock-hard and extremely uncomfortable , adding to the misery. What really aggravated me was that we were not informed we would be in an adjoining room. We could hear every word of the ordinary conversations and TV noise from the family next door, making it feel like we were sharing a room with strangers. This total lack of privacy was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a hotel stay. The shower was disgusting, with the drain clogged with hair upon our arrival. It didn't drain properly, causing the bathroom to flood and soak the carpet. To make matters worse, the shower head was full of lime buildup, causing it to spray water all over the bathroom when first turned on. This level of neglect is inexcusable and shows a blatant disregard for basic maintenance. The room design was ridiculous. The bed was positioned just a foot away from the window, and as soon as we opened the curtains, we were exposed to everyone outside—even on the fifth floor. This total lack of privacy was appalling and unacceptable, making us feel constantly on display. Adding insult to injury, the room provided tea and coffee but no milk. The walls were incredibly thin, and we could hear everyone walking by in the mornings, further ruining any chance of rest. These small but significant oversights added up to an overall horrible experience. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had, despite the high price and claims of being high end. Avoid it at all costs! P.s. the staff were absolutely excellent, but even their top notch service could not make up for the quality of the room.

Great location and clean basic hotel. Doesn't have much in the way of facilities, really just a room but absolutely nothing wrong with it. Staff were great and everything is clean and tidy. Access to Queenstown is very easy and given where it is you avoid a lot of the noise of the town, especially on a weekend.

To be honest the views from the room we stayed was absolutely stunning. Room service was not upto the mark for a 4 star hotel, we had to ask for new towels which were not changed everyday, vacuuming wasn't done either and had to be requested to be done. This was the biggest let down for us as we stayed here for a few days. Front Staff, we felt they were there just to do a job, no service with a smile experience, information on house keeping was not consistence one said something the other said something else which was quite confusing when we asked about house keeping, so bear in mind if your gonna stay here coz it costs a lot for a night and if your gonna stay for a few days something to consider. Bathroom and toilet was good in terms of heated tiles and a spa. Furniture in the room was outdated (old and run down), carpet was stained in many places and run down actually, our window curtain was torn as well on one window and the sofa was not not very clean either. The beds and sheets were good as well as the walking wardrobe/storage area Kitchen was topped up daily and well stacked with what you need in terms of utensils and cutlery. A bit of feedback for management would be to include instructions on the welcome letter or the front desk desk to give some guidance/information mentioning about the washer and dryer facilities (which floors - had to find this out by asking people around working) / electrical outlets in the room was confusing and with the dishwasher we had to figure this out ourselves which was not a big deal but would have been helpful.

We had 9 nights at the hotel in June 2024. The property is well maintained, the views are amazing. The staff at the breakfast buffet were attentive - food was great. The cleaning staff did an amazing job servicing the rooms each day. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well located and has a friendly and responsive staff. We had the 2BR lake view suite and the accommodation was spacious provided with all the basic amenities. The housekeeping services can be better, though. Overall a very comfortable stay
