Excellent Service by Pradip from Front Office. An asset to the Novotel hotel. Very comfortable, great value & Rooms are clean and situated close to the lake. 24 hr room service, Good Wi Fi, Valet Parking. Would definitely recommend for stay

Friendly staff, quiet location, super helpful concierge, comfy beds, and on-site laundry, which was a necessity coming off of the Milford Track. Didn't eat on site, so can't comment on the quality of the food. There were a few tour groups in and out while we were there, but it didn't feel overwhelming.

Clean rooms and efficient service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Could use some updating, but the location is perfect. Breakfast is very good and extensive. Bathtubs are quite high when trying to shower and the bathroom is tiny. Rooms can be noisy.

We do receive many comments regarding the shower over bath situation as the majority of our rooms inventory do have this layout. Where possible we try to allocate those guests with a special request. This a really nice and comfortable hotel by the lakeside. The view of the lake was some what blocked by trees but we could still see it. The buffet breakfast was very good and had many choices including eggs your way. The hotel was a very short walk from downtown Queenstown. Only thing I found annoying was the toilet tissue paper holder. It's positioned in the wrong direction. As you unwind some paper the whole roll would slide off the holder because it was installed backwards. The staff here was good and friendly.

Mid range hotel that justifies it’s price because of location and large international clientele. Been here before and the service and decor are average given the room rate. Unfortunately limited options in proximity to Milford Sound. If possible would suggest other options. I will next time.
