Hotel St. Moritz is a great location in Queenstown. We were there for a couple days. The room that we stayed in had a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was friendly and the service was very good. Queenstown is very walkable and my wife and I had a great time. Hotel St. Moritz is a great place to stay in Queenstown.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel St Moritz for a few nights in March 2025. Staff were very friendly and the manager on duty was very helpful and accommodating when we had an issue with our room. Room was spacious and very well appointed. Hotel is on a hill, only a short walk to the pedestrian area, shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Loved everything this hotel has to offer! The room was very large, luxurious and has beautiful views. Restaurant and bar has great food options and wine selection. Best welcome drink menu I’ve seen at an Accor Hotel (for those with status). However the service from every staff member we interacted with was the standout. We felt very welcome, looked after and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again

A great hotel with the right room

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. When we checked in, the staff parked my car in the parking garage as I wasn't comfortable with parking it in a tight garage. They showed us to our Lake View room and it was disappointing. The room did have lake views but we were on the top floor and the windows were the ones in the building dormer and about 4+ feet off the floor. So, the only way to actually see the lake was by standing at the window. You couldn't sit in a chair and see the lake. We complained some and they said they would see what they could do. Thankfully they moved us to a lake view with balcony room on the 5th floor. That room and the view was exceptional. And the balcony was nice so have so we could open the doors and enjoy the weather. It is a juliette balcony so you can only have one person stand there. But still it was very nice and we really appreciated the staff moving us for the two days we did have the room. The hotel was attentive when we asked for a bucket of ice for evening cocktails. I used the hotel coin operated laundry once and the staff had change for the machines and the machines worked well. It was nice to get some laundry done during our long trip. We had the breakfast buffet one day and it was very good and the dining room (and bar) have amazing lake views as well.

This is one of the high end hotels along the shores of the Lake in Queenstown. It's worth every penny. We stayed for 6 nights. The balcony rooms overlooking the lake are spacious, well-appointed, and you get the best views in town. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The in-house restaurant (Lombardi) also is terrific. Quick 5 minute walk down the hill from the property and you're in CBD. I'm sure there are no end of great reviews for this place but I'll add another. Highly recommended.
