I stayed at the St Moritz for two nights and it was very very good! Amazing vies, very comfortable room, easy access to many restaurants and shops Only drawbacks- walking up the hill to get back to the hotel. Would I go back there! Definitely! This will be my “go to” the next time I’m in Queenstown!

A wonderful experience. Our car was parked by the valet service. We were greeted by the charming reception team. Thea looked after us. Everything was explained well and clearly. Our bags were taken to our room. The room and view is exactly as is depicted. Immaculately clean, wonderfully comfortable, all of which led to a restorative luxurious sleep. Shower room was very stylish, good toiletries and white towels. Breakfast was just on another level of excellence. Eva, one of the splendid chefs provided us every morning with culinary delights. Cara Denise and Rockey, thanks for your hospitality. The pictures cannot bring the warmth or joy we experienced in the St Moritz.

We stayed in the king lakeside view and the view was great. The room was a bit pricey but we haven't been away for a while and treated ourselves and we weren't disappointed. The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and roomy. Parking was $40 per day but if you're an accor member it is $30 so nit too bad as it is Queenstown lol.

First impression of the hotel after being dropped by the taxi is we had to carry our heavy suitcases down about 6 steps to the registration desk. The hotel is dated but the room was nice. Our room had an extra 3 steps up to the living area. We had a nice breakfast on our day of checking out.

We normally have our doorperson on duty to assist guests with luggage and arrival arrangements, they must have been assisting other guests on your arrival and we regret that meant you didn’t receive the usual level of welcome. What an experience! I cannot speak highly enough about the St Moritz, both the property itself and the wonderful staff. It was my husband's 70th birthday and to say they went above & beyond to make this day special was an understatement. From the amazing upgrade we received, a large balcony room with our very own hot tub, to the effort that was put into organising a special in-room suprise on the day. Special mention to Hippy for going above & beyond with all that. We had visited St Moritz six years earlier & we weren't disappointed on our return. It's like a warm cloak embracing you when you enter this lovely property. Bar staff Czar & Victor were friendly & engaging & Connor was very friendly & obliging in the restaurant. Congrats again to the staff & management on such a wonderful team. Hubbie now saying it's the best birthday he's had! We can't wait to return.
