we wanted 2 bedrooms,a kitchen +reasonably sized lounge with great views of lake Whakatipu and it didnt disappoint

Very polite and helpful staff, and great location. However property was very lacklustre for the luxury accomodation it is advertised. Also having to pay for parking was a nuisance.

Well located with beautiful views and lovely sizeable rooms and balconies. However, bathrooms need a bit of maintenance and there was a very unpleasant smell in the lifts over the 3 days we stayed.

Overall satisfied but a shame when we turned the bed down there were stains on the sheets. I did take a pic but cant attach here.

Occasionally we do receive items that have marks or are stained after being cleaned, that are promptly returned to the company. I have spoken to the relevant departments about your complaint and it has been a good reminder that we need to be checking all linen. Again, I am very sorry this stain was missed. Even though we didn't have a Lake View unit we could see the mountains. Comfortable unit for 4 adults (Couple and 2 grown up young people. Carpet could probably do with a clean or replacing. Lovely quality linens, great shower! Great to have a pod coffee machine.

We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment, the room was a good size, clean, and well appointed. However, we were very disappointed with the view - having booked a Lakeview room and seeing the pictures online we had expected an uninterrupted view of the lake and surrounding mountains but found this a misleading - unfortunately we were in the back building so had the front building obstructing the view. I think the pictures need to be updated to reflect the reality.

Our stay was meant to be fun but our granddaughter became ill, which forced the parents to cut short their stay. Before they could organise new travel plans the staff came to our aid. They supported us no matter the hour, no matter our request. This support allowed us to care for our sick granddaughter without having to worry about cleaning up. I can't thank the staff involved enough for their help. Also they organised a refund for our daughter and son in law. Again a kindness that helped ease the disappointment of cutting short their holiday. And also how they looked after us (grandparents) when our children had left. Amazing service from amazing people.

Disappointed we were not informed before hand about no restaurant operating or a lounge area. We would still have stayed but even explaining at checkout and how to get to closest Accor hotel would have been helpful
