The location was great and the space in the apartment excellent. Breakfast next door at the Moritz was good! But we went on holiday to give our very sick daughter a chance to try and rest and recoup and my husband who has been under a lot of stress from business a break. But the constant construction right next door to our apartment was so noisy for most of the day. I have videos that demonstrate the horrendous noise. We also have construction staff climbing over on our deck to erect scaffolding and also keeping an eye on when we were leaving so they could certain jobs. This meant we felt like we should leave the apartment all the time and totally disrupted our holiday that was meant to be all about rest, recovery and relaxation. I also sent an email in and received nothing back. A good facility but unfortunately left us very disappointed.

2 bedroom Garden View room - a fabulous spacious place to stay. Brilliant shower. Cosy on a chilly winter day. Walk out of Peppers and you are met with an incredible autumnal view of the trees and lake. What a great way to start a day. A flat walk for a few minutes has you at the heart of Queenstown shopping. Staff welcoming and helpful. Undercover carpark a bonus.

We have stayed with you on several other occasions. We all agreed that this time the apartment was not as clean as on previous occasions and that it is starting to look a bit shabby in places. Eg, the couch facing the gas fire has stains all over it, there is mould and cracked grouting in both bathrooms. There was no guest compendium available and therefore no instructions on how to light the fire, use the tv, etc etc. On arrival we were told “ we are not doing daily servicing at the moment” by the reception, who were not at all welcoming and friendly!!. However the rest of the staff we encountered during our stay were very good.

Was a lovely warm unit and had a good view.Was a bit disappointed 1 of the hand sanitisers by lift was empty for the 5 days we were there. Thought we would of had a service daily but only got towels.
