Had requested 2x king beds but ended up with 1x king 2x single. Called reception and they sent someone to rectify the issue within 10 minutes. Friendly staff all round, clean, comfy beds and couch. Only changes I could suggest would be a couple of drink/snack machines and some form of air conditioning such as a fan as the weather was insanely amazing which made out suite super toasty. Would definitely stay again for the very reasonable price

Staff were efficient and friendly. Had a problem with my room and Steven without asking a lot of questions organised another room for me. Not to forget the chocolates that was send up to our room. Overall the ladies on the front counter also went the extra mile on a daily basis.

Nice place to stay, lake just across the road and short walk to town. Having a coffee machine was great. Minor things but the sink waste disposal had an unpleasant odour which a staff member came to look at when we mentioned it. Room was a bit too warm, even at night, as no aircon or windows directly to outside but perhaps could've been managed with a fan.

The staff were excellent but I have to admit that the room itself was very sub-par (for just a few hundred extras we could have stayed somewhere which had way better facilities and a much larger room)

The room was a decent size for the 4 of us and had a well supplied kitchen. The room was getting a bit tired, had no aircon and only one set of windows so was very hot. The staff were accommodating but there was no gym, laundry or breakfast avaliable.

Was informed on arrival that there is no daily service, I had to ask for the rubbish to be collected on day 3 as there were flies everywhere, also had to ring for these to be emptied and for clean towels and more toiletries. Staff were friendly though and pleasant. Bed was rock hard and I have had back operations recently so had little sleep. There was no air conditioning which meant it was quite hot, but luckily had a fan. View and location was great.

Stunning top floor views, easy walk to town, lovely staff. No aircon but fans provided. We didn't need them as the room had plenty of windows and lovely floor to ceiling doors opening out to the deck that we could open. Would stay again.

Location was good and staff friendly. Unit smelled of curry, an air deodoriser was supplied which helped a bit. Unit also needed vacuumed which was done quickly after requesting. Mattress wasn’t great.

After spending a lot of timing looking at different accommodation options in Queenstown, we decided Peppers looked perfect - close to town, separate bedroom for children, kitchen and car park. However, all that might be true but when we walked into our room, the smell was unbearable, which was also confirmed by the duty manager. There was also smashed glass outside our room and through the grass. There were no other rooms for us to stay in and we were left finding new accommodation for our young family at 9pm at night. We ended up paying $800 more for an alternative to get something similar but because we were booking so last minute, everything was so much more expensive. We received no compensation for the difference and had to follow up and refund. The duty manager and reception staff were apologetic and nice but we were still left finding new accomm and $800 out of pocket.

Upon arrival the room was unclean. hair on bed, bathroom window had someone's fake eyelash on it and half a used toilet roll. we understand queen'stown in general had a staff shortage however wish we had known this prior to arrival and payment as we would of cancelled. we enjoy the roomservice which hotels provide however this only happened after we requested it twice on one day. They made up for the unclean room with small bottles of wine which was nice. Front facing staff were great always had a smile. just the housekeeping which was a let down
