Location is excellent, staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is well appointed with a lovely garden but that’s where it ended for my husband and I. We stayed for 9 nights at the cost of $3000 and I’m fairly sure we got the worst room in the hotel Room 612. The vanity in the bathroom was a disgrace, all warped from water damage. The furniture in the living area needed replacing, tired and dated. The wardrobe door in one of the bedrooms broke. The TV failed to work at least 4 times and on the final morning the sound went, we’d given up by then. I am a member of Accor and have stayed in a few Peppers Resorts and have never been disappointed but this room needed a complete renovation. The receptionist said they are all privately owned so whoever owns Unit 612 needs to spend money to bring it up to standard. I booked on the Accor website and the picture on the website was not the room I got.
