We recently had the misfortune of staying here due to flight delays and missed connections courtesy of Jetstar. We checked in around 2am and the staff at the front counter were friendly and honestly the only positive about this stay. We arrived at our floor to be greeted with a pungent odour and we followed the dust trail to what can only be described as dilapidated room. The decor was tired, stained and 2 uninviting saggy single beds with mattresses awaited us. The aircon remained warm despite the false hope of a dial on the wall suggesting it was possible to cool the room. The buffet was average at best. I’m just glad I didn’t have to pay for this experience!

The hotel is in a great location for pre or post flight accommodation. We’ve stayed at Mantra Melbourne Airport many times and many of their Team are long standing, which we consider speaks volumes for the hotel management. We have always found each of the Reception, Restaurant, Bar and Housekeeping Teams to be fabulous and faultless!!

Transfers were efficient, check in was reasonably quick, rooms were good, had room service and pizza was burnt, so wouldn't rate that as great. Was the only food experience I had there. Check out was efficient however Accor (Mantra) take too long to remove the hold they have on credit cards, it shouldn't take 5 days to show the correct charges.

Free shuttle from and to Tullamarine airport was a big plus. A good overnight stay without the hassle of traffic jams to make early morning connecting flight following day. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Comfortable and good-sized room and bathroom. Safe and quiet location for a walk at nearby park.

Nice and easy stay clean and tidy with everything you need. Parking was easy reception Staff friendly and kind , quite location . Rental Cars down the road Eastcoast rentals easy drive to airport and surounding areas . Bar staff good and friendly..
