舒適、服務很好,能寄放行李,因為環保關係沒有附牙刷牙膏,所以要自己帶。

酒店服务很好,房间比较干净!但是,房间里没有椅子,桌子,床没有床头靠背,床头没有电源,卫生间马桶没有马桶盖……总之这是我入住的设备最奇葩的一家酒店!

你好,床单很黄,灰蒙蒙,好像没有更换过。加了一床被子,就是个内胆,没有被套,上面有各种印记,更恶心的是,打开这个杯子,里面竟然有别人用过的创口贴。入住还要收200澳元押金,为什么别的入住人员不需要?

I have since shared your feedback with my Executive Team to immediately investigate the deficiencies you mentioned with your bedding. Thank you for highlighting this an I am sincerely sorry you were affected. Rest assured this is not the norm. We do not put plastic over our glassware as this would increase the environmental impact. All glassware are cleaned by our staff before selling the room. We are a 24 hours reception and would have been more than happy to replace any glassware for you if asked. It is a condition of stay for all hotels guest to either provide a $100 credit card bond or $200 card bond on arrival. This to cover any incidentals, unpaid charges in the room account or room damages. This money is returned if the account is fully paid and the room is left in an acceptable condition. This is a common practice in a Australian hotels and you were not singled out by this policy. Should you allow us an opportunity to make amends rest assured we will do all we can to look after you and feel free to contact me directly. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it is only through such feedback that we can address any concerns or feedback that may have otherwise been overlooked. 房间够大,床很软,除了房间里面还有一个门让我觉得有点危险,但是打开后发现另一个是锁着就还行。
