The good: Location, just a 5min walk to the cbd Comfy bed Breakfast has a good selection of food Mini kitchen The bad: It’s run down, I feel for the management that have to keep the hotel functioning as there’s a lot to do with a small budget I’d imagine Things that were broken: Only 1 lift was in operation when I arrived. Manageable in off peak but not sure how it would have gone during peak periods The gym. Some things were not working the day I arrived. Then the gym and pool was closed for repairs. A bummer because I selected it on having the gym Dishwasher. It’s great to have a mini kitchen, When I got into the room, the dishwasher was going. Benefit of the doubt that the cleaners must have recently finished the room. Went out to dinner, got back and it was still going. Dishwasher going for 4 hrs that I know of, who knows how long it was actually going for! The Shower head was leaking at the connection at the wall and running down the tiles. I dare say there will be water damage on this floor and or the lower floors when the water gets between the waterproof membrane and the concrete. The wall shook in the bedroom when the front door of the room next door closed Almost everything from the walls to the furniture had marks, inside and outside the rooms They have bolt on soap dispensers in the bathroom. No problems with that, however the bottles were empty As I was travelling for business, it was ok. If you’re looking for budget and can live with several features not working, this is your place.

Nice apartment, enjoyed our stay, great location for the Australian Open, Helpful Friendly Staff especially Hannah who greeted us daily with a smile and asked if we needed anything. Nice views. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, but very noisy. Rooms were clean and comfortable however the air con was too hot. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was ok. Discount if you book the day before. Comfortable beds. Spacious lounge room

Prompt arrival service, good facilities. Parking spots were a bit awkward for large cars. Very noisy due to proximity to road. The pool and gym were very nice albeit a little worn. Hotel doesn’t have cable TV (foxtel etc) even though it’s advertised and it doesn’t offer room service.

Such a wonderful experience staying in this fabulous hotel with kids, we had a two bedroom apartment with beautiful city views.On the 18th floor there is pool and my kids enjoyed. Everything was clean and neat. Buffet breakfast was decent with lots of options. Good facilities and helpful staff
