Shocking stay !!!

A totally rubbish stay, i will never recommend this place to anyone not my family or work friends! Upon reporting maintenance issues multiple times in 2 different rooms, we came back every day for 4 days with no acknowledgement from staff and kept being told that the direct front office manager would be in touch with us. We even had to pay for extra housekeeping service because apparently we don’t receive it everyday now, can you believe that! The hotel is poor, the housekeeping need to perform thorough room checks to ensure it is cleaned well as i came back many times with one thing or the other not done. A select few were kind on the front desk, but in general the service was unbearable. I won’t be staying here ever again

Pre-booked & Stayed here one night as a long standing Accor member. Arrived around 4.30pm. Checked in and found out that the hotel carpark was already full & reception staff advised me that the overflow carpark (parramatta carpark) was a short drive away. When I asked if I was able to come & go without additional payments, staff were uncertain & then advised that I would have to pay for each exit & entry - when I pointed out that if I was able to stay in the hotel carpark, I would only have to pay once, they shrugged their shoulders & said nothing they can do, that's the policy. Disappointed to say the least - I paid the same as every other customer but as I was unable to get my car in the carpark, I had to pay extra. Surely a deal should be done with the overflow carpark ensuring hotel gusts get a similar rate to the hotel carpark. Additionally, the directions given by reception to find my room were totally inadequate. After being given my room number & key, I proceeded to the lifts only to find that my floor was not accessible by the lifts i had been shown. When I went back to reception, they then informed my that i had to use another lift located in the opposite direction, in order to access my room. When I finally made it to my actual floor, I came across another lady who had experienced the same issue - being pointed in the wrong direction. All in all, pretty woeful customer service. Fortunately, despite these issues, the room was quite good. Not sure if I'd stay again - If I'm going to pay a premium price for a hotel in western sydney, the least I can expect is basic customer service.

The hotel itself is presented well. It is clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and the facilities were as mentioned. There were troubles with the elevators during our stay, which caused them to be out of order for a period of time. The beds in our room were not overly comfortable and the shower over the bath was on the smaller side. I feel as though the price was a little high for what was offered, but I would stay again if required.

Close to transport but that's about it!

There were a number of issues during our 4 day stay: The window in the room did not close properly, letting not only street noise of cars drag racing but also made the room freezing letting cold air in. We turned the room heater on and there was no happy medium, it was either too hot or too cold. There was only one working light in the bathroom which made it difficult to see. My mother and I were staying for 4 days and we were given 2 towels to use between us. I also called and asked for more coat hangers as there were only 3 between us. They said they would send some up but they never did. Finally there lift was broken and was extremely loud. As our room was located next to lift every time the doors would open, the noise would come right into the room. Apart from the proximity to transport, we would not stay here again.

My son and I had the nicest stay at your hotel. The staff were lovely, the spa was amazing and our room was great! I couldn't get over how big our suite was. The location is soooo close to Westfields. My son and I could easily get there and back walking within a couple of minutes. Same with Parramatta train station.
