Dirty rooms, overly perfumed to hide the odors i presume, AC is LOUD. Dirt in the fridge, Everything looks quite old and worn, don´t expect it to look as fresh as the pictures. WIFI in our first room didn´t work and it took 5 days to get it "fixed" meaning we got another room where the signal was stronger. Bed linen are 3 pieces of annoyance that comes apart. Get proper duvet covers Pictures from room 403.

Average hotel in good location they did not honour all of the Accor Plus Gold rewards and there is no restaurant for lunch or dinner the room we were in was noisy and not very clean. When checking out we were overcharged for breakfast and were not given a refund

Will not come back. Great staff, that has to deal with their management policies.

Location 10/10 Cleanness - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 But.... they asked me for $200 deposit, that will be refunded after housekeeping checks my room! Still waiting! Internet - bring your own, as the Free Wi-Fi keeps on dropping and they will request for you to join the Acor group, before giving you a password! Then, I spent half hour with some IT girl to get it going! One day your room will be serviced, the next will be not. Dear Mantra, please advertise those conditions on your website, so your customer can make informed decision before booking a stay with you.

We had a one night stay in Parramatta to attend a theatre show. Check in took a little longer than expected, but I understand there was training taking place. Staff seemed knowledgeable about the parking and surrounding area. We went to our room which was clean and comfortable. Welcome amenity was nice and welcome drink was a bottle of wine in the room. Spa bath wasn't that big and given the space in the bathroom, it could definitely be upgraded when the room is refurbished. I had emailed regarding Accor Plus member food discount ahead of our stay. Upon check out we were told a different price. Then we were told another price. Eventually we made it to the price I had been expecting as per earlier communication. I was told by a manager that the Accor Gold membership is a new thing they are offering benefits for. It was odd to me, as the program has been about some time. Also, I was the one explaining the ALL loyalty program and the Accor Plus Program (free membership and paid membership). Whilst they are linked, the food discount is only applicable in the 'Plus' membership, but there seems to be no uniformity across Accor properties and how they choose to offer/honour the discount. This is incredibly frustrating as a paying member as in every hotel you need to question their participation in the program and to what level (mains only, all food, not on kids meals), as they all seem to do their own thing. It is BEYOND infuriating. This is something Accor need to enforce across all properties. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay was had at the hotel, just some issues to iron out, as mentioned.

Will never stay there ever again!! Rooms disgusting mould in bathrooms, room smelt,, 2 single beds joined together, got hit with a security deposit which was more than the 2 rooms we had booked an no where on the website where we booked did it state anything about a security deposit, in which a week and a half later we are still chasing to have deposited back into our account!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
