Not as Pictured/Tired But Close to The Beach.

Just had 5 days here. The check in staff were super helpful and friendly, the car parking is very well organised, but the facilities and rooms are nothing like the photos on the website. The room was very old and tired, laundry door off its hinges, dirty floors and grime around the skirting boards, bare and rotten architraves, hair on the floor of the main bedroom, stained linen and towels, grimy and yellowed shower screens and bath, rusty oven and range hood, stained armchair and lounge and mouldy and dirty curtains. As I said the check in staff are great but the maintenance and housekeeping of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. There are two buildings so if you want the view as pictured ask for the front building but we still had a view from the second one back as we were on the beach side. If anyone from senior management of Accor reads this review or cares I have plenty of photos.

Just returned from 10 days staying at the Moroccan and had the best time we stayed in a 2bdrm and it was so spacious with amazing ocean views the room had everything we needed for our stay and more, the staff at the Moroccan are so helpful, they did everything they could to make our stay amazing, the Moroccan is located right next to the light rail and only one stop from Cavil Ave so your in surfers Paradise central in 3 minutes - we will definitely be back

Que ce soit la gentillesse à l’accueil, la taille des chambres, et l’emplacement, tout était vraiment très bien. Là vue depuis le balcon était superbe. Le mobilier de la chambre est peut être un peu démodé mais l’ensemble reste excellent. Juste la rue à traverser pour se rendre à la plage. Des restaurants et des boutiques tout autour. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. À conseiller sans aucuns doute.

Hotel très bien situé, la litterie impeccable et confortable, spacieux, studio bien équipé, accès à la piscine intérieure et exterieure, spapool, à l'espace BBQ, à la salle de sport, au parking. Tout était impeccable. Merci pour l'accueil nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Apartamento Gigante!

Tivemos um grata surpresa ao entrar no apartamento. Ele era gigante! Três quartos, sendo uma suite com closet. Sala de estar e jantar de dar inveja. Cozinha equipadíssima! A lavanderia tinha uma máquina de lavar e secadora de roupa tamanho família. Fora que o apartamento que ficamos ficava de frente para a praia. Lindíssimo nascer do sol! Não é um hotel, mas um sistema "share". Não houve limpeza do apto nos 4 dias que ficamos hospedados, mas isso não foi problema. A localização é excelente, ao lado de tudo (restaurantes, lojas, bares etc). Tem um supermercado a uns 200 m, onde se pode comprar de tudo para seu café da manhã, almoço ou jantar. Dá para fazer tudo na cozinha, pois tem fogão, forno, micro-onda, lava-louças e geladeira grande. Só não dei noa máxima, é porque ele precisa um pouco de manutenção, mas é só isso. Vale a pena se hospedar lá! A recepção só em horário comercial.
